About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Production Developer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying digital assets including emails, banner ads, and interactive media. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers to bring campaigns to life using modern web technologies and motion tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive HTML emails, display ads, and other digital marketing assets
• Build dynamic and interactive ad units using Google Web Designer
• Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Animate and edit assets in collaboration with designers using Adobe After Effects and Premiere
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize performance
• Partner with marketing and design teams to meet campaign deadlines

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Google Web Designer
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience with email marketing platforms or ad servers
