Position Details
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, remote)
Location: Remote (flexible time zone, with overlap with Europe)
Mission
Work closely with our marketing team to elevate our social media presence across multiple platforms. Your goal will be to enhance engagement, visibility, and lead generation, ensuring our content reflects the elegance, energy, and excellence of our performances.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and publish engaging content across 9 social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts). You will collaborate with a skilled video editor and a graphic designer.
- Write captivating, on-brand captions that connect emotionally with our luxury clientele and partners.
- Maintain a detailed content calendar for review and approval, including creatives, captions, hashtags, and tagged users.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and provide strategic insights for content optimization.
- Engage daily with followers, clients, and event vendors: reply to comments, content-related messages, story tags, and collaboration invitations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify fresh ideas and concepts worth adapting.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers from our events to ensure we receive the best quality of content from them.
- Coordinate with our musicians to ensure consistent behind-the-scenes footage, live performance content, and creative storytelling from every event.
Requirements
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with proven experience in social media copywriting.
- Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of engagement strategies, visual storytelling, and analytics.
- Reliable remote setup: quiet workspace, strong internet connection, and up-to-date computer and phone.
- Understanding of Pinterest and TikTok growth strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with luxury brands or companies in the high-end events or hospitality industries.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising).
