Tastefully Simple is privately held company with 28+ years of proven success carried out by its visionary leader, Founder and CEO, Jill Blashack Strahan. Jill is looking for this key executive to take the company to the next level in sales revenue and overall performance with the same vision and leadership she has exemplified over the last 28+ years.

Primary Expectations**
Align and collaborate with the HQ team to:

Create and execute marketing strategies**
- Aggressively pursue opportunities to grow Tastefully Simple sales and profit
- Research marketing programs and consumer trends
- Create powerful digital strategy and experience
- Communicate compelling marketing vision
- Create and deliver presentations that stir teams to rally and take action
- Collaborate to develop content for advisory calls, meetings, and retreats
Protect and grow the brand
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand image across all creative outlets
- Seek new opportunities for brand growth
- Translate TS vision to agencies
Craft client and consultant digital experience
- Develop sales growth plan for website, amazon, and content creators (influencers)
- Own client experience:
- VIP Rewards
- TS to You auto ship
- Social media marketing
- Promotions
- Marketing campaigns
- Oversee TS Connected; marketing suite for consultants

Own product strategy**
- Drive portfolio, positioning, packaging, catalog, recipes, pricing and margin
**
Provide leadership and accountability**
- Build skilled team with high standards of performance
- Nurture and model culture of abundance, celebration, excellence & realness
- Lead marketing team and agencies:
- Digital
- Creative
- Culinary
- Amazon
- Potentially other channels
- Serve on the Vision Team, providing updates on strategic initiatives
Achieve marketing goals and metrics
- Increase sales annually
- Improve margins and ROI on products and programs
- Analyze monthly metrics and data
- Develop, monitor, and accomplish team goals, including budget objectives

Education and Experience**
Required
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Over five years of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Digital marketing strategy and execution
- Omni channel marketing experience: E-commerce, Amazon, general retail sales
- Over three years of executive leadership, including leading other leaders
- Leading in a mid-size company poised for renewed growth
Preferred experience:
- Direct sales
- Leading in an entrepreneurial, privately held company
- Consumer packaged goods
- Pricing and cost of goods sold (COGS)
