What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain proactive communication
- Make outbound calls including warm leads, data collection, and scheduling
- Manage personal and business calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution
- Conduct research on events, travel, and projects, providing timely results to team members
- Perform administrative tasks such as inbox management, data entry, and expense reporting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Calendar, and fluency in Microsoft Office
- Typing ability of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Preferred experience working with C-level executives
- Familiarity with task management programs such as Trello or Asana
- Experience with communication platforms such as Slack
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and WordPress
