What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical leadership in software development tools, architecture, design decisions, and verification for medical device software
• Ensure software solutions are implemented and tested according to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in project definition phases, establishing risk profiles and defining deliverables
• Engage in full stack software development and conduct peer code reviews within a sprint team
• Collaborate with global team members to support project development and execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PC-based software application development using C# and C++
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET Framework and Visual Studio Development Environment
• Experience with Agile software development processes for secure code development
• Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven leadership experience in a global development team environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Azure DevOps Services, Git, JIRA, and AWS Infrastructure tools
• Familiarity with multi-threaded hardware device control and GPU programming using CUDA
• Knowledge of protocols such as IEEE 11073, MQTT, DICOM, and PACS
• Experience with various database engines, including SQLite and MongoDB
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, such as Moq
