What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide executive administrative support to organizational leaders, managing day-to-day schedules efficiently
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical actions for meetings and events
- Support meeting coordination, including writing and distributing agendas and notes
- Submit accurate expense reports adhering to organizational policy
- Assist in the creation of presentations and other materials for key meetings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2-4+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience supporting multiple C-level leaders
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and calendar management skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical proficiency with Google’s G-Suite and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

- Experience in a nonprofit or healthcare-related environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Confidence in making informed decisions with limited direction
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and GoToMeeting
