Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage project logistics, resource tracking, financial forecast management and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast & Clarity Management:
Assist with resource forecasting, budget tracking, and project financial updates in Clarity (or similar portfolio management tools).
Update project forecasts, actuals, and allocations as directed by project leads.
Ensure project data integrity within Clarity and generate reporting as needed for portfolio reviews
Vendor Tracking: Support vendor management activities including onboarding, SOW and PO tracking, deliverable monitoring.
Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk/issue logs.
Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely follow-ups.
Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes across the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role—preferably within a technical, digital, or enterprise systems environment.
