We are seeking an exceptional software engineering leader to nurture and grow our software engineering organization. You will lead a software development team to deliver quality software solutions. Your team’s efforts serve as the backbone of our clinical operation, care provider network, and patient experience. You will collaborate closely with product management, UX design, data engineering, clinical operations, and solution architects to deliver the product roadmap on time, with high quality, and within budget. You will ensure the effectiveness of the entire software development lifecycle including the design, implementation, deployment, testing, documentation, and maintenance. You will monitor production software issues and guide the team to respond rapidly toward closure. You will collaborate with the solution architect to create, maintain, and execute an innovative technology roadmap. You will aid leadership in making build-or-buy decisions, define vendor expectations, and manage vendor progress toward delivery. You will create and monitor team efficiency metrics, establish processes for continuous improvement, and demonstrate progress. You will coach the team on technical problem-solving, code hygiene, documentation, and agile development process. You will budget, hire, grow, mentor, and performance-manage engineers to build a high-performing team.
