Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team, focusing on developing Key Visuals (KVs) and executing rollouts across various print and digital formats. This role requires both conceptual design expertise and technical execution skills, working closely with a Creative Artworker to adapt and finalize assets for different campaign needs.

Who you are

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of visually striking campaign KVs, experience in large-scale print and digital rollouts, and a deep understanding of production processes.

What you’ll do

• Develop and design Key Visuals for campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Create and optimize artwork for Print OOH, DOOH, and a full digital suite, including Google Display Network (GDN), digital ads, and digital streaming platforms (DSPs).
• Work closely with the Creative Artworker to ensure accurate, high-quality rollouts across all formats.
• Prepare production-ready files, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, and format specifications.
• Maintain consistency in design quality across all assets while tailoring adaptations to different placements.
• Collaborate with the broader creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

What you bring

• 5–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising and campaign-based work.
• Strong conceptual and creative skills, with the ability to develop visually compelling Key Visuals that stand out across different formats.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in rolling out campaign Key Visuals across various print and digital placements.
• Solid understanding of print production, large-format OOH, and digital advertising specifications.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain design integrity across multiple formats.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.
• Experience working on retail, e-commerce, or seasonal campaigns.
• Experience working with linked files in Photoshop and Illustrator.
