Position - HMI Software Engineer (full time)
Your main task will be to support our North American customers with the holistic CGI Studio experience.
In concert with our North American VP of Sales and Technical Director, you will help develop, manage, maintain, and grow Candera’s business with your strong technical background, training, and aptitude in HMI software architectures and development within the automotive industry.
Key Qualifications
· Experienced HMI software developer for embedded systems
· Significant industry experience with HMI authoring tools like 3DS Max, Unity, UE4, and Adobe PS preferred
· Eager to learn additional HMI software skills with Candera’s CGI Studio
· Preferably, your primary professional experience is within the automotive industry (instrument clusters, infotainment, head-up displays, and navigation systems)
· Strong user and technical experience with competitive products and services – Altia, QT Design Studio, Electrobit, Righware, Crank Software, Unity, etc.
· Solution-oriented, problem-solving attitude and highly self-motivated and directed
· Hands-on mentality and team-player
· Open to work directly with North American customers – including with Candera’s Austrian and Japanese teams
· Software development, IT-related or technical background
· Education - University degree(s) in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) – i.e. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics)
