We’re looking for someone who is deeply engaged in both programming and automation testing, not just a tester, but a true developer in test. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience writing test automation scripts, building frameworks, and ensuring software quality through robust automation practices.

What You’ll Do

· Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications and APIs.

· Use modern tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or Applitools to build scalable test suites.

· Perform API testing using Postman and integrate it into automation pipelines.

· Review code, participate in design discussions, and ensure testability is built into every stage of development.

· Drive automation-first testing strategies, reducing manual testing dependency.

· Work closely with developers to debug complex issues, reproduce defects, and deliver quality builds.

· Contribute to CI/CD integration and ensure high-quality releases through automated pipelines.

What You’ll Need

· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in Automation or Software QA Developer.

· Strong programming skills in Python, Ruby, JavaScript or Java (must have recent hands-on experience).

Expertise in test automation using at least two of the following:

· Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Applitools

· Postman experience is mandatory for API testing.

· Experience in building automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies.

· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

· FinTech experience is a plus.
