About Our Client
Our client believes great events don’t just happen — they inspire, connect, and deliver results.
About The Role
Our client is looking for a Director, Events Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of its commercial and corporate event programs — from national trade shows and industry conferences to unforgettable internal experiences that bring teams together.
In this role, the individual will own the end-to-end events strategy that fuels brand awareness, deepens engagement, and directly contributes to pipeline development and revenue growth. Drive revenue impact: Partner with demand generation and sales to design events that attract qualified leads, accelerate deal cycles, and expand customer relationships.
Run the full calendar: Oversee all owned, earned, and sponsored events with clear objectives, budgets, and ROI targets.
Bring events to life: Plan and execute conferences, field events, and internal gatherings — managing logistics, vendors, creative, and on-site execution.
Measure what matters: Define KPIs, track performance, and run post-event retros to optimize pipeline contribution and overall impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, comms, HR, and sales to align event strategies with business priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
Lead high-impact experiences: Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure every program delivers meaningful engagement and measurable ROI.
Create moments that matter: Partner with internal teams to produce culture and company-wide events that build connection and pride.
