Social Media Marketing Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our agency. The candidate has 3 or more years of proven agency marketing experience. This person will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients, and producing the copy and creative to meet performance benchmarks.
The candidate is a proficient writer and strategic thinker and can prove their skills without the assistance of AI.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager with proven agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and creative storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll manage multiple client accounts across various industries, ensuring every campaign is executed with excellence — from concept to analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
· Plan, write, and schedule content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
· Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for YouTube & Meta.
· Write compelling copy for organic and paid campaigns, adapting tone and messaging for each client.
· Oversee the creative direction of social graphics and visuals, collaborating with design and production teams.
· Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
· Stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices to guide clients strategically.
· Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications:
· 3–5+ years of experience managing social media accounts within an agency environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple clients and industries simultaneously.
· Strong client relationship and project management skills.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
· Hands-on experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and similar).
· Familiarity with social analytics, ad management platforms, and performance tracking tools.
· Creative eye for visual storytelling and attention to brand consistency.
· Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
· Experience in both organic and paid social campaign management.
· Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
· Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable recommendations.
