We're partnered with a specialist Dutch consultancy known for delivering high-performance backend systems for clients across Government, Fintech, and Enterprise sectors. With a strong engineering-led culture, they're now scaling up a new backend team for a greenfield build.

They're looking for Senior Freelance Java Developers (full stack experience is a bonus) who can hit the ground running in building distributed systems and microservices architectures from scratch.

Tech Stack: Java 11+, Spring Boot/Quarkus, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, JavaScript/TypeScript

Key Details:

• 6-month initial contract (extensions very likely)
• Dutch-speaking & Netherlands-based
• Remote-friendly within NL
