Position: UI/UX Designer

Working Hours: Full-Time Mon-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT

Salary: $2000 - 3000 (depending on exp and client’s final offer)

About The Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a user-first mindset. This role is critical to ensuring our digital experience is both visually clean, minimal, and conversion-optimized. You'll work closely with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to shape the look, feel, and usability of our online touchpoints.

This role is considered a top hiring priority, alongside our e-commerce director position.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Create intuitive, elegant user flows that drive engagement and conversions
  • Conduct user research, test usability, and iterate based on feedback
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries
  • Apply data and user behavior insights to inform design decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and functional design work
  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal oversight
  • Experience conducting user interviews or usability testing
  • Familiarity with CRO best practices
  • Background in motion design or micro-interactions
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS)
