Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Full-Time Mon-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EDT

Salary: $2000 - 3000 (depending on exp and client’s final offer)

About The Role

We’re looking for a design-savvy, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role focuses on creating clean, minimal, and digestible designs that maintain brand cohesion across both print and digital applications.

You’ll play a key part in brand storytelling and the development of visual systems that drive consistency and engagement across campaigns, web, packaging, and social media

Role Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital campaigns, web, email, and social media
• Support and collaborate with the Senior Packaging Designer on brand-aligned packaging concepts
• Translate marketing strategies into clear, effective visual content
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital use

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and post-production
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong eye for pacing, composition, and rhythm
• Comfortable editing to brand guidelines with minimal supervision
• Organized with experience managing post-production workflows and file organization
• Portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, strong visual editing, and motion design
• Experience designing for performance marketing (e.g. Meta, TikTok, email)
• Familiarity with packaging design or brand identity systems
• Motion or video editing experience (bonus, not required)
