UX/UI Designer Senior

Requirements

Must have:

• Experience designing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for enterprise applications
• Ability to create personalization features that allow users to customize AI assistants for specific roles and tasks
• Strong background in user research and usability testing to guide design iterations
• Proven collaboration with developers and AI teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, including wireframing, prototyping, and documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience designing for AI-powered platforms or chat-based interfaces
• Familiarity with agile development environments

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for the AI chat assistant, aligned with company-wide workflows
• Develop personalization features to support role-specific AI assistant customization
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs
• Collaborate with developers and the AI team to ensure seamless implementation
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and document the design process
