Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging our sales and marketing operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of strategies that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our dynamic team. While primarily focused on marketing activities, the role will also involve aiding in lead management, content creation, website maintenance (including SEO), and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is inquisitive, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, versatile and possesses excellent English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
Accountability Metrics
- Conversion Rate: Measures the percentage of leads generated from marketing efforts that convert into actual sales, providing insight into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Engagement Rates on Content: Assesses how the target audience interacts with content through metrics like click-through rates, likes, shares, and comments, indicating the content's relevance and effectiveness.
- Event Attendance Rate: Measures the number of attendees at events against the expected figures, providing insights into the success of event marketing and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns in alignment with sales targets to drive business growth. Coordinate all campaign elements, including digital, print, and social media efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
- Creative: You should be experienced in creating short-form video content (for LinkedIn, email, and web), basic editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar, and comfortable turning raw ideas into high-impact visuals. Experience working with brand guidelines, repurposing content into different formats (video, graphics, presentations), and collaborating with external designers or editors is a must. Bonus if you’ve built out asset libraries or worked on storytelling for B2B audiences.
- Website/SEO: Assist in the support and maintenance of the cultureskor.com web site, along with all SEO aspects. Maintenance and support Google Analytics, Search and other tools to ensure high organic search results and web site optimization.
- Content Development: Assist in the creation and distribution of article authoring, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, marketing materials and sales support content. Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to target audience segments.
- Data Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data from marketing and sales activities to identify trends, measure performance against goals, and provide actionable insights. Use this data to recommend improvements to strategies and tactics.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to gather information on market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies and sales approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in HubSpot, Google Workspace, MS Office and other web software.
- A team player with a growth mindset, ready to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech Savvy: Able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn
- Ability to comprehend and utilize Al tools effectively to augment sales and marketing strategies with some experience in utilizing Al tools like ChatGPT to enhance communication and engagement strategies.
