Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media marketing efforts. This role involves managing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content—including video content—developing content strategies, and optimizing our social media presence. The Social Media Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for our network of artists, influencers, and affiliates, fostering relationships and expanding our collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns.
- Produce high-quality video content for various platforms, showcasing our products and engaging our community.
- Serve as the main liaison for artists, influencers, and affiliates, ensuring productive and ongoing partnerships.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to guide strategy adjustments.
- Monitor and respond to comments and interactions across social platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and affiliates to promote brand awareness and product visibility.
- Strategically partner with influencers who align with our brand values, managing collaborations and content creation to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee and expand affiliate programs, providing support and innovative strategies to enhance affiliate success and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy, with a strong emphasis on video content creation
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent writing skills
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and video marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze social media data and metrics
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Experience in the music industry or a background as a musician is strongly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
