Job Summary: Wix Web Designer
We are seeking a talented Wix Web Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have and interest or be able to speak to the medical aesthetics industry and be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, design and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
Candidates will not be considered if they do not provide portfolio of work. Please note that this is not a social media or website management position, Full Stack Developer, or Engineering Positions
Location: Remote
Hours: ~16 hours per week/Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (USA)/flexible schedule
Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio quality

Interview Process:
Candidates will undergo at least two interviews and will be evaluated based on their portfolio and ability to come up with ideas and designs from scratch.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom websites using Wix, ensuring high functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Implement advanced SEO strategies to enhance clients’ online visibility and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the team to refine website features and optimize user experiences.
-Continuously update and improve website designs based on analytics and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Wix
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in using digital design tools, SEO analytics platforms, and standard office software.
Example of what you may be asked to do: "Design a home page for a medspa using X inspiration." Expectation will be to deliver an aesthetic interface that includes visualizations, movement, and unique features.
Good to have:
- Experience in Adobe, Canvas, Figma.
- SEO experience
