INTERIOR DESIGNER - WORKPLACE, MULTIFAMILY & EDUCATION PROJECTS
As an Interior Designer at our firm, you will lead the design process for various projects, including workplace environments, multifamily residences, and educational facilities. Your expertise in space planning, furniture selection, material specification, and design trends will be crucial in delivering exceptional interior solutions. Proficiency in REVIT for detailed documentation and Enscape for client presentations is preferred.

We seek an experienced Interior Designer specializing in workplace, office, multifamily projects, and educational spaces. This role is ideal for those with a deep understanding of Furniture, Finishes, and Equipment (FF&E) and a passion for creating impactful and functional interior environments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a diverse portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field, with accreditation from a recognized institution.
- NCIDQ Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of U.S. FF&E, materials, and finishes for office, multifamily, and educational environments.
- Proficiency in Revit, InDesign, and Enscape.
- Strong skills in programming, space planning, and creating functional interiors.
- Excellent knowledge of interior detailing and building codes.
- Experience in project due diligence analysis and FF&E process management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Passion for sustainable design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design projects from conception to completion, focusing on workplace, multifamily, and educational spaces.
- Execute space planning and test fits to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Develop comprehensive FF&E specifications with emphasis on durability and sustainability.
- Create Furniture and Material Schedules.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies, particularly in educational interiors.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure cohesive design outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Offer:
- Base salary: USD $2000
- Benefits: All contractors are independent. It is an hourly rate paid for the hours worked at the end of each month and we pay 10 days after.
- Hours: From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., depending on the workload.
