Develop and oversee online sales funnels for training programs and HR solutions, aligning marketing initiatives with business development goals.
Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
Lead content strategy and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and the Romanspage website.
Create high-quality content, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and infographics, that aligns with Romanspage’s brand tone and appeals to SMEs, job seekers, learners, and donors.
Write compelling copy for social media, emails, websites, and promotional materials in collaboration with the design team to produce engaging visuals and creatives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to position Romanspage as a thought leader in HR consulting, training, and SME support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Draft and distribute press releases, success stories, and thought leadership articles to communicate key organizational updates.
Secure media features and speaking opportunities for Romanspage and its leadership team.
Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and strategic campaigns to promote Romanspage services.
Optimize SEO for Romanspage’s website and Coursademia platform to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Grow Romanspage’s online community by increasing followers, engagement rates, and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
3–5 years of practical experience in public relations and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Strong expertise in public relations and media engagement.
Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies for better results.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaigns.
