REQUIREMENTS "Qualifications":

• 5+ years of experience in WHMCS Hosting infrastructure architecture and engineering.
• Strong Bilingual "English" Skillsets (C1 and/or C2).
• Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent.
• Experienced with Designing “White-label WHMCS Reseller Hosting”.
• Experienced with Building & Scaling “Hosting Operations Infrastructure”.
• Experienced with Hosting DevOps Engineering and Architecture.
• Experienced with Hosting Provider DevOps - “Architecture Diagrams | Documentation”.
• Experienced with “Hosting DevOps Team Management”.
• Experienced with Cloud Hosting Providers (DigitalOcean | Akamai & Linode | Rackspace).
• Experienced with managing Linux and Windows OS Infrastructures.
• Experienced with Hosting Infrastructure Regulators (SOC1/2 or ISO).
• Experienced with WHMCS Architecture | Configuration (CRM | Vendors | Purchasing | Accounting).
• Experienced with Python Scripting | API Integrations Automating | Infrastructure Management.
• Experienced with CI/CD | Infrastructure Code (Terraform & Ansible), and Automated Deployments.
• Experienced with SaaS “multi-tenant” VPS Environments | Lad Balancers | Reverse Nginx/HAProxy.
• Experienced with Security Infrastructure Architecture | Best Practices securing multi-tenant environments.
• Experienced with Docker | Kubernetes | Orchestration of Containerized Workloads.
• Experienced with Observability | Monitoring Stacks: Grafana, Prometheus, and Alerting Frameworks.

REQUIRED "Availability":

• Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST (New York).
• 60-Day Probation Period: Part-Time (Hours Dependent on Probation Projects)
• After Probation Period: Full-Time
