About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leading safety technology platform connecting cities, law enforcement, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods in a nationwide public-private safety network. This opportunity is for a Technical Program Manager to bridge gaps between technical support, customer-facing teams, engineering, and field operations, focusing on improving deployment quality and technical support for the organization’s hardware and software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Bridge communication across technical support, customer-facing, engineering, and field operations teams
• Improve quality of deployments and technical support for fleet hardware and software
• Monitor deployments and manage actions based on real-time data
• Identify and track quarterly goals and weekly trends
• Drive priorities and resolve top technical support and deployment issues
• Establish and maintain effective feedback loops to address root causes
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure consistent project alignment and progress
• Document assumptions and decisions, manage communications, and align stakeholders
• Recommend and implement improvements in support processes, tools, and feedback systems
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Experience driving programs across multiple functional teams and improving complex business solutions
• Ability to develop plans aligned with key stakeholders to clarify dependencies and goals
• Proficiency in identifying and mitigating project gaps and risks
• Strong communication and project facilitation skills
• Technical background sufficient for navigating an engineering environment
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
• Experience implementing new solutions and processes, including change management in vertically integrated organizations
• Proven ability to manage projects with evolving or ambiguous requirements
Compensation:
• Starting salary between $140,000 and $180,000
• Stock options provided
• Base salary determined by job-related experience, education/training, and market indicators
