About the Opportunity:
The organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Insurance) to define and deliver insurance products that help users confidently navigate decisions related to auto, home, life, and other insurance types. This role focuses on creating transparent, accessible, and empowering insurance experiences by simplifying complex choices and building effective partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Execute product improvements to simplify the insurance shopping experience and drive consumer engagement
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and external partners to develop and launch insurance products
• Provide recommendations for the insurance product roadmap based on user research, partner data, and competitive analysis
• Advocate for transparency and simplicity in consumer-facing insurance experiences
• Track and report on product performance, using outcomes to inform product iterations
• Manage feature delivery from concept through launch, working closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs
• Guide continuous improvement using insights from experimentation and data-driven optimizations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management
• 2+ years of experience in insurance technology
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through execution of roadmap initiatives
• Experience with partner integrations or third-party APIs
• Proficiency with data tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Google Analytics; ability to interpret experiment results and use data for decision-making
• Experience with A/B testing and user research to guide product development
• Knowledge of user growth and engagement strategies using mobile messaging channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate rationale and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
