Product Manager

About the Opportunity:

The organization develops a platform that automates complex security tasks for security teams, aiming to make security operations more effective and scalable. The Senior Product Manager will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for an advanced AI-driven SOC platform, collaborating closely with customers, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy, vision, and execution for core components of the platform.

• Partner with engineering and design to define, prioritize, and deliver key initiatives.

• Engage with customers and the security community to identify unmet needs and opportunities.

• Translate market trends, AI advancements, and user insights into product direction.

• Define success metrics, measure performance, and iterate based on feedback and data.

• Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.

• Represent the product vision internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and scaling products from concept through rapid growth.

• Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering on architecture and AI features.

• Familiarity with AI prototyping and product exploration tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI.

• Experience working on well-crafted, intuitive UI/UX products.

• Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving problems for security practitioners.

• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup setting.

• Experience in cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
