About the Opportunity:
The organization focuses on simplifying the car buying and selling process through advanced technology solutions for automotive retail. This position is for a Product Manager working on the AccuTrade IMS (Inventory Management Solution), responsible for developing product features, collaborating with dealer customers, and driving product innovation and scalability. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to execute a high-impact product roadmap, and acting as a liaison with vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Define and deliver the roadmap for assigned product(s).
• Mentor and coach junior Product Managers while building high-quality products.
• Analyze and prioritize shoppers’ and sellers’ problems, making tradeoffs between scope, cost, schedule, and business benefits.
• Consistently deliver impactful work on schedule.
• Drive customer and business value internally and externally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and align on goals.
• Contribute to and define KPIs/OKRs, monitor product health, and track achievement toward objectives.
• Build effective, trusting relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Establish expertise and thought leadership in the specific product area.
• Communicate roadmaps, updates, and key accomplishments throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with other internal teams to establish interconnected roadmaps.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a product manager in an online commercial SaaS environment, with demonstrated results across a full product line.
• Deep understanding of operational complexity in scaling a SaaS business, ideally within automotive dealership environments.
• Experience across the full product process, including product management, lean product development, and agile practices.
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine value propositions and monetization tactics.
• Experience working with customer onboarding and operations support teams for pre and post sale implementations.
• Experience defining KPIs and product metrics and using them to support decision making.
