About the Opportunity:
The organization develops AI-driven solutions for radiology, focusing on reducing workload, improving accuracy, and transforming healthcare delivery. The Lead Product Manager for generative AI-powered radiology impressions will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for next-generation impression automation and AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Own the product roadmap for generative AI impressions from ideation through launch and ongoing improvement
• Collaborate with machine learning, data science, and engineering teams to convert model improvements into workflow benefits
• Optimize accuracy, stability, and efficiency of AI-generated impressions across subspecialties and modalities
• Design human-in-the-loop review workflows to maximize radiologist trust and efficiency
• Define and measure metrics such as time saved, accuracy, adoption, radiologist satisfaction, and performance stability
• Conduct customer and radiologist discovery to understand workflow variations and reporting style needs
• Work with implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts and monitor real-world performance
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, clinical safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management and 3+ years leading AI/ML products in production
• Experience shipping complex products in enterprise or workflow-focused environments
• Strong understanding of machine learning evaluation, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
• Ability to translate technical complexity into customer-facing value
• Collaborative across engineering, machine learning, design, clinical, and go-to-market teams
• Motivated by solving clinician workflow and patient care challenges
It’s a Plus If You Have:
• Experience in healthcare technology, radiology, medical imaging, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, or multimodal modeling
• Experience with production ML monitoring, retraining, or ML Ops systems
• Experience with multi-tenant or large enterprise SaaS platforms
