Founding Product Manager, Healthcare

About the Opportunity:

The organization is focused on facilitating the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data to address significant challenges in obtaining quality data for AI development. The purpose of this role is to own and drive product development in the healthcare vertical, leading the evolution and scaling of data products and tools used by a growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development for healthcare-focused data offerings, including data products, data pipelines, tools, API/integration surfaces, and vendor partnerships.

• Define and drive the product roadmap by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, validating hypotheses, and aligning stakeholders across engineering, operations, data, and go-to-market teams.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams by writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and overseeing feature delivery.

• Partner with operations to automate manual processes and build scalable workflows.

• Define metrics and success criteria, lead experimentation, analyze results, and iterate on products.

• Conduct user research and interviews, co-innovating with both data providers and consumers.

• Contribute to product culture, hiring, and the definition of processes as a founding member.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2B product management experience in the healthcare industry.

• Product management experience in an early-stage startup.

• Experience managing data-processing products or solutions.

• Demonstrated execution bias, including delivering features to production and iterating based on feedback.

• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems through experimentation and tradeoff analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using metrics to inform decisions.

• Experience conducting user interviews and integrating user feedback into product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working with limited resources, shifting priorities, and multiple responsibilities in an early-stage environment.

• Bonus: Experience with healthcare data (EHR/EMR, imaging, unstructured data), building AI models, familiarity with experimentation frameworks, or scaling products from prototype to enterprise adoption.
