🧠 About the Role

Our current goal is to expand our technical team with new developers. We're looking to hire more than one person, which is why our job posting is continuously renewed. As a Senior Backend Engineer at RedStone, you'll take ownership of core components powering our oracle infrastructure — including data pipelines and blockchain node integrations. You’ll work on Rust-based systems, contribute to protocol design, and help expand our ecosystem support with a focus on high performance and reliability. This is a high-impact role with real influence on the future of DeFi and cross-chain data availability.

🚀 Our stack includes: TypeScript, Go, Rust, Node.js, AWS (CloudFront, EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), Terraform, GCP, GitHub (with Actions for CI/CD), MongoDB, InfluxDB / Grafana, Solidity / Yul

You don’t need to know all of these, but familiarity with some is a plus.

💼 Responsibilities

Ownership of the RUST-based node implementation responsible for data fetching, aggregation and verification pipelines
Deployment of RedStone infrastructure in the Solana ecosystem
Implementing connectors for other RUST-based chains
Participating in the protocol design process
Deployment and monitoring of blockchain nodes

✅ You’ll bring

At least 3 years of professional experience in Rust
Knowledge of multi-layer web architecture patterns
Practical knowledge of async / event-driven frameworks for data processing
Knowledge of good security practices
Coding skills - the ability to write readable and performant software
Diligence and attention to details

🌟 Bonus points for

Professional experience in building decentralised blockchain solutions
Experience in the Solana ecosystem
Understanding of blockchain protocols especially in the DeFi sector
Experience with running blockchain nodes
