* Drive production readiness across security, observability, reliability, and performance.
* Uphold code quality and testing standards within the team.
* Longer term, participate in the L3 on-call rotation: incident triage and root-cause resolution.
* Contribute to front-end features (React/TypeScript) as needed, primarily backend-focused.

* 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily backend development in .NET.
* Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

* General Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
* Solid understanding of containerized applications; Kubernetes/AKS experience desired.
* Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
* Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
* Clear communicator; self-driven with a bias toward ownership and delivering outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
* Hands-on experience with the Grafana LGTM observability stack.
* Practical use of agentic AI workflows based on Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
* Familiarity with Linux and Bash terminal.
