meritt.

Accessibility just became law across Europe, and most companies aren't ready.

Our client is an established global leader in digital accessibility software. US headquartered, women-led, enterprise customers on both sides of the Atlantic, and a European go-to-market that runs through partners. The brand is huge at home. Europe is the growth story, and marketing is the missing piece.

That's where you come in. You'd lead European marketing, reporting to the CMO, setting the strategy and personally executing it, with partners, agencies and AI-assisted tooling as your leverage rather than a big team. France and Germany first.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Own European marketing end to end, brand, localisation, demand generation, field and events

🔹 Build the channel and partner marketing frameworks used globally, MDF programme included

🔹 Co-own European pipeline with sales as a genuine peer

🔹 Make France and Germany the beachhead markets with properly localised content

🔹 Stand up a lighter-touch mid-market motion partners can take to market

Who you are:

✅ 10 to 15 years in B2B tech or SaaS marketing, two or more at Director level or scope

✅ Native-level French or German, plus excellent English

✅ Channel and partner marketing you've personally built, not just touched

✅ European demand generation and field marketing with pipeline accountability

✅ Hands-on to the core, events run end to end, lean resources, comfortable with AI tooling

€120k to €130k target total compensation (80/20 split). Remote in Europe, France or Germany preferred, with the UK, Ireland, Spain and the Netherlands also considered. 20 to 30% European travel.

Big brand at home, blank canvas over here. If you want your name on a European build, apply and we'll be in touch.
