ABOUT THE ROLE

The Scaled Marketing GTM Program Manager will be responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-market, multi-channel go-to-market programs.

You will work closely with global and local marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and market teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are proactively managed, and GTM processes are scalable and efficient.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of marketing execution, program/project management, stakeholder management, process optimisation, and AI-enabled workflow experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project & GTM Program Management

• Build and manage a master GTM activation tracker and project management process covering multiple workflows, channels, markets, milestones, and deliverables.

• Own project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to track progress, dependencies, and action items.

• Identify potential risks and roadblocks early and recommend timeline adjustments to minimise impact on key launch milestones.

• Drive alignment across multiple teams throughout planning, launch, and post-launch phases.

Project Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate key project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, action logs, and other program management materials.

• Follow up with local markets to gather feedback, inputs, and updates.

• Consolidate market-level inputs and translate them into clear updates for global stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Prepare regular project status reports highlighting milestones, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring attention.

• Develop executive-level presentations, project decks, and documentation for stakeholder updates.

• Support the preparation of stakeholder communications, including project update and alignment emails.

• Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of project progress, priorities, and next steps.

Content Localisation & Scaled GTM

• Partner with global teams and leverage relevant AI tools to create high-quality first drafts of translated/localised marketing content.

• Coordinate with local market teams to review, validate, and approve localised content.

• Manage the localisation workflow to ensure content is ready on time for activation.

• Coordinate adaptation of approved content across channels including events, email, websites, social media, and other marketing touchpoints.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale GTM workflows and project management processes.

• Support or lead initiatives involving workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, and project management tools.

• Explore opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and consistency across global and local marketing operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing execution, marketing operations, program management, or related roles; B2C marketing experience is preferred.

• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns or GTM programs.

• Hands-on experience across marketing channels such as social media, email, and paid digital media.

• Strong project/program management skills, with experience managing complex workflows, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project management and workflow management tools.

• Experience working with Google AI tools and/or AI-enabled marketing workflows.

• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively across global, regional, and local market teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced skills in data visualisation and developing executive-level presentations.

• Fluency in multiple languages; an additional APAC language alongside English would be an advantage.

• Experience leading projects involving process automation, workflow automation, or development of project management tools.

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.

• Strong interest in using AI and automation to improve marketing execution at scale.
