Join us as our Product Manager Medical Controlling AT at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Bonn or Vienna with possibility of 100% remote to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet. 
 
Your Tasks:

* Responsible for product management in the areas of coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the markets in Austria with LKF as the primary focus for Austria
 
* Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management
 
* Own the product roadmap Austria, including strategic prioritization and alignment with ORBIS Medical Controlling modules
 
* Collect, analyze, define, and prioritize market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific attention to Austrian LKF processes
 
* Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment
 
* Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle
 
* Drive implementation of prioritized requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders
 

 
You bring in:

* Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field of study or training, ideally complemented by additional qualification in medical controlling
 
* You have at least 5 years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine; knowledge of psychiatry would be desirable, e.g., in a hospital, health insurance company, medical service, or through experience with a software manufacturer.
 
* Knowledge of the LKF model in Austria is essential.
 
* You have knowledge of and are interested in processes in the field of medical controlling and revenue management and are able to communicate these clearly to non-experts
 
* IT skills (ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software in general)
 
* An independent way of working and very good analytical skills as well as excellent communication and self-management skills
 
* Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English are required
