ABOUT CRE8IVESKILL

 

Cre8iveSkill is a 25-year-old embroidery digitizing and vector art studio based in Nagpur, with a US office in Dover, Delaware. We turn customer artwork into production-ready embroidery and print files for

Print-on-demand platforms, contract embroiderers, screen printers, uniform and workwear suppliers, promotional-product distributors and apparel brands across the United States and Europe.

 

Our services include embroidery digitizing, Coloreel digitizing, raster-to-vector conversion, custom embroidered patches, faux embroidery and logo design. Sketchers, digitizers, graphic designers,

embroidery operators and finishers work under one roof, on a 24/7 turnaround model, and we exhibit at international trade shows every year.

 

We have the craft. We are now building the marketing engine to match it. This is the role that builds it.

 

THE ROLE

 

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own our entire demand engine for the US and European markets. You report directly to the Founder and work alongside our Business Development Manager: you generate and warm qualified pipeline; they close it.

 

This is strategy plus execution. You will set the plan, and you will also open the ad account, brief the designer, edit the case study, and read the analytics yourself. You will build and lead a small in-house

marketing team and manage external agency partners.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

\- Demand generation: own the full-funnel plan for the US and EU markets across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, SEO, email and outbound. Optimize for cost per qualified inquiry,

 not clicks.

 

\- Pipeline hand-off: define MQL and SQL criteria, lead scoring, and hand-off SLAs jointly with the Business Development Manager. Drive the free sample-file offer from first click to first paid order to a recurring account.

 

\- Website, SEO and AI search: own cre8iveskill.com as a commercial asset. Technical and on-page SEO for competitive international terms, landing pages, conversion-rate optimization, page speed, and

 mobile experience, plus AEO/GEO visibility inside AI assistants and AI overviews.

 

\- Analytics and reporting: GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, heatmap and session tools, and a monthly dashboard covering spend, cost per inquiry, cost per acquired customer, and channel contribution.

 

\- Brand and content: own the brand voice and build a content engine aimed at embroidery professionals - portfolio and before/after showcases, stitch-quality and file-format explainers, Coloreel and 3D-puff content, case studies and customer proof. Run LinkedIn as the primary B2B channel, with Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube for the portfolio.

 

\- Trade-show marketing: pre-show targeting, on-floor lead capture, and post-show nurture for our international exhibition calendar, with attributed pipeline reported per show.

 

\- Team, agencies and budget: lead a small marketing pod, select briefs and hold external agencies and freelancers accountable, own the marketing budget and keep the tool stack lean.

 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

 

\- 8 to 10+ years in digital marketing, including at least 3 to 4 years owning strategy and budget rather than executing someone else's plan.

 

\- Industry background: your experience must come from an IT or software services company, a design or creative agency, or the fashion, apparel, or textile industry.

 

\- International exposure: demonstrable hands-on experience marketing to US and European business clients. You have run campaigns in these markets and know how those buyers search, evaluate, and buy.

 

\- AI skills, practical and daily. Structured use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, copy, ad variants and analysis; prompt engineering and reusable AI workflows; AI creative tools for image and video; AI search optimization (AEO/GEO); AI-assisted personalization, lead qualification and marketing automation. This will be tested in the interview.

 

\- Proven B2B considered-purchase marketing: long cycle, repeat-order, relationship-led. Not D2C or app-install marketing.

 

\- Personally managed meaningful paid media budgets, with numbers you can walk us through.

 

\- Excellent written English for US and European business audiences.

 

\- Willing to work full-time on-site in Nagpur, with working hours that overlap with our US and EU customers' needs.

 

 

PREFERRED

 

\- Exposure to embroidery, apparel decoration, print-on-demand, promotional products or commercial printing.

\- Experience marketing offshore or outsourced services to Western clients and handling the trust and quality objections that come with it.

\- Hands-on CRM and marketing automation ownership (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar).

\- Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and POD ecosystem knowledge.

\- Account-based marketing for named enterprise targets.

\- International trade-show and event marketing experience.
