About the Role Zmeu.ai is an all-in-one marketing workspace engineered to eliminate workflow friction and scale digital execution for modern brands. We combine single-click content generation, built-in competitor ad tracking, visual project databases, and multi-channel scheduling into a unified system.

We are looking for an experienced Growth & Content Marketing Lead (3–5+ years experience) to join us remotely and own our user acquisition, content strategy, and brand growth.

In this role, you won't just be running marketing—you will be an active power user of Zmeu.ai. You will leverage our platform to execute high-converting content engines, test scalable acquisition channels, and drive early-stage SaaS growth alongside the founding team.

 

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-End Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and distribute high-converting written assets, social media posts, and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) across all primary channels.
* Growth & Performance Optimization: Design, launch, and analyze scalable organic and paid acquisition experiments. Track key metrics across the entire funnel (activation, conversion, retention).
* Product-Led Marketing: Use Zmeu.ai as your primary daily workspace to test platform capabilities, showcase feature workflows publicly, and build brand authority.
* Audience & Community Building: Engage directly with creators, agency owners, digital marketers, and SMBs to build a loyal community and collect feedback.
* Funnel Iteration & Messaging: Refine landing page copy, campaign positioning, and onboarding content based on real user data and market responses.

 

Qualifications & Experience

* 3 to 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in growth marketing, content strategy, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS, digital agencies, or tech startups.
* Hands-on Content Mastery: Strong expertise in copy, visual design logic, and short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools).
* Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to measure funnel performance, set up acquisition dashboards, and turn data insights into actionable marketing experiments.
* SaaS & Agency Mindset: Deep understanding of the pain points that modern marketers and agencies face daily regarding content production and campaign management.
* High Autonomy: Thrives in a fast-moving, remote early-stage startup environment with direct accountability and minimal micro-management.
