About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and take responsibility for our social media marketing, content strategy and digital advertising.

We want someone who knows what they are doing, can work strategically and independently, understands paid advertising and social-media algorithms, and can recommend the right digital strategies to help grow our business.

This is not just a posting job. We want someone who can develop a strategy, execute campaigns, analyse results and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

·        Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.

·        Recommend other social-media or digital channels that may be relevant to our business.

·        Develop monthly social-media strategies and content calendars.

·        Plan and schedule posts, Reels and short-form video content.

·        Write engaging captions, social-media copy and calls-to-action.

·        Develop content ideas that increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.

·        Manage hashtags, trends and relevant social-media opportunities.

·        Monitor comments, messages and audience feedback.

·        Build an engaged online community.

 

Paid Advertising

·        Run and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

·        Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, retargeting and lookalike campaigns.

·        Run and optimise Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.

·        Conduct keyword research and continuously optimise campaigns.

·        Track conversions and campaign performance.

·        Have working knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising.

·        Recommend the most effective platforms, audiences and advertising strategies for our business.

 

Experience in Content Creation & Writing is Preferred

·        Write social-media captions, advertising copy, website content, blogs/articles, email marketing content, video scripts, headlines and CTAs.

·        Turn products and services into interesting, useful and persuasive content rather than simply posting product images.

 

Short-Form Video & Creative Strategy

·        Develop Reel, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other short-form video ideas.

·        Create video concepts, hooks, scripts and creative briefs.

·        Identify relevant trends and formats.

·        Work with designers and video editors where required.

·        Understand hooks, retention, engagement and conversion-focused CTAs.

·        Recommend improvements to underperforming creative content.

 

Analytics & Reporting

·        Track reach, impressions, engagement, followers, website traffic, leads, cost per lead, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.

·        Analyse why campaigns and content perform well or poorly.

·        Prepare regular performance reports.

·        Provide clear recommendations and an action plan based on results.

 

Strategic Thinking

·        Research competitors and market trends.

·        Analyse competitor social-media and advertising strategies.

·        Identify new opportunities and recommend new digital channels.

·        Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns.

·        Suggest influencer and creator collaborations.

·        Develop target audiences and buyer personas.

·        Recommend improvements to our website and overall digital presence.

 

AI & Modern Marketing Tools

·        Use AI tools for content ideas, copywriting, research, competitor analysis, video concepts, creative development and data analysis.

·        Knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Google AI tools or similar platforms is an advantage.

 

What We Are Looking For

·        2–5+ years of digital marketing and social-media experience.

·        Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

·        Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads.

·        Experience managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

·        Knowledge of YouTube advertising.

·        Understanding of LinkedIn and TikTok marketing.

·        Excellent written and spoken English.

·        Good understanding of digital marketing funnels.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and take ownership.

·        Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

·        Creative thinking and initiative.

·        Ability to research, test and recommend new marketing opportunities.

 

What Will Make You Stand Out?

·        Experience with e-commerce or product-based businesses.

·        Experience in automotive, transport, trailers, caravans, logistics or similar industries.

·        Experience managing significant advertising budgets.

·        Demonstrated improvement in ROAS or lead generation.

·        Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.

·        Google Tag Manager knowledge.

·        Meta Pixel / Conversions API knowledge.

·        CRM integration experience.

·        Email marketing experience.

·        Influencer and creator marketing experience.

·        Experience working with Australian businesses.

This is a 100% work-from-home position in India.

·        Good availability during agreed working hours (10am-6pm Australian Time- Non negotiable).

·        Ability to communicate regularly with our Australian team.

·        “This audience is converting better, so we should move more of the budget here.”

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month + performance incentives
