As we expand across Asia-Pacific, we are looking for a Seoul-based Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing execution in Korea and the broader region. This is a remote role reporting to the Head of Marketing in Singapore, working closely with global teams across product, sales, and partnerships.

 

You will play a key role in building our brand presence in Korea, generating qualified leads, and supporting go-to-market initiatives for a fast-growing AI company.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Management

* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, content, social media, and partnerships
* Localize global campaigns for the Korean market while maintaining brand consistency
* Support lead generation initiatives aligned with business growth targets

 

Content & Thought Leadership

* Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality content such as case studies, blog articles, landing pages, and video scripts
* Adapt global messaging for Korean audiences to ensure cultural relevance and strong engagement
* Support the creation of localized sales and marketing materials

 

Social Media & Brand Building

* Manage and optimize social media presence to strengthen brand positioning and drive inbound interest
* Identify opportunities to grow presence on priority channels such as YouTube and Naver
* Ensure consistent brand voice across all external communications

 

Local Market Representation & Partnerships

* Act as a key representative of Topview AI in the Korean market, helping build brand credibility and relationships
* Participate in client meetings, partner discussions, and industry events to communicate our product value proposition
* Support marketing and sales efforts through marketing presentations, pitch decks, and tailored messaging
* Identify strategic partnership opportunities with agencies, creators, platforms, and industry communities
* Provide local market insights to inform regional marketing strategy

 

Events & Community Engagement

* Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and industry collaborations
* Represent the company at relevant marketing, AI, and startup events where appropriate
* Build relationships with local communities to increase brand visibility and trust

 

Performance Tracking & Optimization

* Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics
* Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI and marketing effectiveness
* Maintain clear reporting on marketing impact and pipeline contribution

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
* Support go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, AI, or technology companies
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and lead generation
* Native or fluent Korean and professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
* Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
* Ability to balance local market insights with global brand strategy
* Experience working with cross-border or global teams is a plus
