Core Responsibilities 
 
As the Senior Director Consumer Group Kids, you'll lead with vision and creativity. Here’s how you’ll make an impact 

 
* Strategy & Performance Develop strategic growth plans for Boys and Girls, aligning with global targets and adapting to market changes.
* Portfolio Management Set the direction for our large kids portfolio to meet diverse consumer and business needs.
* Business and Consumer Insights Rely heavily on data-driven insights to guide decisions and refine strategies for optimal results.
* Go-to-Market Strategy Coordinate cohesive GTM strategies with marketing teams to boost brand visibility.
* Cross Franchise Initiatives Support and synchronize teams on impactful programs like our Girls growth platform "She Built That".
* Partner Alignment Collaborate with leaders and peers to create unified strategies for the Kids consumer groups.
* People Leadership Inspire and develop teams, focusing on talent and collaboration to drive success.
