CREATIVE & MARKETING MANAGER (Luxury Brand / Rebranding / Campaigns) — Dubai, UAE

eMagine Solutions is recruiting for a prestigious, high-profile client within the UAE Royal Family portfolio. We’re looking for a senior Creative & Marketing Manager to own end-to-end brand direction, lead rebranding, and drive multi-channel marketing performance across a premium/luxury environment.

 

This is a true hybrid role for someone who can lead creative excellence (brand identity, visual systems, packaging, storytelling) _and_ deliver commercial marketing outcomes (strategy, budgets, KPIs, lead flow, reporting).

 

Key Responsibilities (Creative + Marketing + Commercial)

Creative Direction / Brand & Design Leadership

* Own the creative vision and brand governance across all touchpoints (ATL/BTL, digital, retail/showroom, packaging, events).
* Lead rebranding initiatives across the portfolio: brand architecture, brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, brand consistency.
* Deliver premium luxury storytelling, art direction, and campaign creative that elevates brand perception.
* Create and review design concepts, key visuals, layouts, and brand assets to ensure high production quality.
* Drive product + packaging innovation: research materials, sustainability options, develop mockups/prototypes, and deliver final packaging artwork for production/print.
* Support new product launches with creative direction, launch toolkits, and go-to-market creative.

Marketing Strategy / Planning / Execution

* Build and execute the annual marketing plan aligned to business objectives, growth targets, and market dynamics.
* Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, paid media, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
* Own content strategy and content calendars (always-on + campaign bursts) across social media and web.
* Create high-quality written + visual content for websites, social platforms, campaigns, presentations, and brand collateral.
* Plan and manage events, activations, product launches, seminars, receptions, and brand experiences.
* Lead PR and CSR initiatives to strengthen brand equity and reputation.

Performance Marketing / Analytics / Reporting

* Set KPIs and OKRs for brand, demand, and performance: reach, engagement, traffic, CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead conversion, footfall/showroom visits.
* Track and optimize campaigns end-to-end: brief → launch → monitor → optimize → report.
* Ensure a measurable lead management process is in place with clear monitoring criteria and reporting cadence.
* Produce weekly performance updates and insights: campaign results, market trends, competitor activity, recommendations.

Team / Agency / Stakeholder Management

* Lead day-to-day marketing operations and ensure fast, high-quality execution.
* Manage, coach, and develop internal teams and/or external agencies (creative, media, PR, production).
* Act as a key point of contact for media interviews and brand communications where required.
* Partner with Sales and senior leadership to align marketing with revenue, pipeline, and showroom traffic.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
* Strong experience across creative leadership + marketing strategy + digital marketing + content + analytics.
* Proven ability to translate business goals into brand strategy + marketing plans + measurable execution.
* Advanced proficiency in:
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Figma
* AI creative tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway (and/or similar)
* Strong understanding of brand systems, design thinking, luxury branding, premium visual standards, and storytelling.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability (performance reporting, optimization, insights).

Nice to have

* Bilingual (Arabic/English) advantage.
* UAE Driving License.
