Due to continued international growth, our client is looking for an experienced Overseas Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing international projects, and building long-term relationships with strategic customers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced international sales and business development professional with a strong understanding of the new energy market. This person is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing the entire business development process—from market research and lead generation to negotiations and contract signing. They can build trusted relationships with key accounts, identify opportunities in priority markets, and translate customer needs into effective commercial strategies. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, target-driven international environment.

 

🔸 Key responsibilities and tasks 🔸

* Conduct international market research and identify new business opportunities.
* Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads across assigned overseas markets.
* Secure international project orders and manage the full sales cycle.
* Conduct commercial negotiations and support the preparation and signing of contracts.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and other business performance indicators.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
* Identify market opportunities in priority regions and proactively prepare market-entry and account-development strategies.
* Build relationships with large energy companies and leading local industry players.
* Contribute to the international growth objectives of the overseas marketing business unit.
* Cooperate with internal departments on market expansion, project development, and customer acquisition initiatives.
* Report directly to the Marketing Director.

 

🔸 Your profile 🔸

* Bachelor’s degree obtained through full-time studies.
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proven experience in the new energy industry is essential.
* Experience in international sales, overseas marketing, business development, or key account management.
* Background in photovoltaic inverters, hydrogen production power supplies, energy storage PCS, power electronics, or related technologies will be highly valued.
* STEM education or industry-specific commercial experience is preferred.
* Existing customer relationships or market resources within the energy sector will be an advantage.
* Experience gained at a large energy company or a leading local competitor is preferred.
* Strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
* Fluency in the local language of the target market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver against demanding commercial targets.
* Willingness to work on-site in the local market.
