This role is for designers who naturally experiment with AI tools. People who move fast, think independently, and know how to turn rough ideas into work that clients immediately fall in love with.

The Role

 

You’ll design websites, landing pages, brand identities, and marketing assets that shape how businesses are perceived.

 

You’ll work closely with Growth, SEO, Strategy, and Engineering teams to transform ideas into polished designs, constantly experimenting with new AI workflows that improve both speed and quality.

 

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for detailed briefs or step-by-step guidance. Someone who can independently explore, create, iterate, and ship exceptional work.

 

What You’ll Own

 

* Design beautiful, high-converting websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
* Create premium brand identities and visual systems for businesses across multiple industries.
* Use AI to accelerate ideation, interface creation, content generation, and creative exploration.
* Turn rough concepts into polished mockups with minimal direction.
* Collaborate with strategists, developers, marketers, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
* Continuously experiment with AI workflows to improve execution speed and creative quality.
* Maintain a consistently high visual standard across every project that leaves GTMLab.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

* Strong experience in UI Design, Web Design, Branding, or Visual Design.
* A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual taste and strong execution.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma.
* Expertise in leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Midjourney, or similar to create high-quality UI and branding work.
* Able to independently turn ideas into polished designs with minimal handholding.
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding, and modern web design.
* Curious by nature and always experimenting with new creative tools and technologies.
* Able to balance speed with attention to detail.
* Comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Available to work full-time, on-site in Menteng, Central Jakarta.
