About futuregrades

At futuregrades, we are building the next generation of learning with Artificial Intelligence.

We are creating an AI-powered learning platform for Class 6–12 students and IIT-JEE & NEET aspirants across all major education boards. Our vision is to make personalized education accessible to every student through an AI learning assistant that works like a 24×7 personal teacher—helping students clear doubts, understand concepts, practice better, and learn with confidence.

Along with AI, we believe human guidance plays an equally important role in a student's success. That's why FutureGrades also provides 1-on-1 mentoring and small-group live classes to help students improve their understanding, skills, and confidence.

We are now preparing for our launch and looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Manager who can help us build our brand, create excitement, and connect with students, parents, and educators before we go live.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media posts but understands how to build a brand, create conversations, grow communities, and make people excited about a product before launch.

You will be responsible for creating FutureGrades' digital identity and building a strong online presence across platforms.

If you love storytelling, understand social media trends, know how to engage Gen Z audiences, and enjoy creating content that people remember, this role is for you.

What You'll DoBuild FutureGrades Brand

* Create and execute pre-launch marketing strategies.
* Build awareness and excitement around our AI learning platform.
* Develop campaigns that connect with students and parents.
* Help shape our brand voice and online identity.

Manage Social Media Channels

Own and grow our presence on:

* Instagram
* YouTube
* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* X (Twitter)
* Threads
* Telegram
* WhatsApp Communities

Your work will include:

* Planning content calendars
* Creating engaging posts and campaigns
* Managing daily content publishing
* Growing followers and communities
* Tracking performance and improving strategies

Create Engaging Content

You will work on:

* Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Educational content
* AI product demonstrations
* Student-focused campaigns
* Founder stories
* Trending content
* Launch teasers
* Community-driven content

Community & Influencer Growth

* Build communities of students, parents, and educators.
* Engage with audiences and create meaningful conversations.
* Identify and collaborate with education creators and influencers.
* Manage creator partnerships and campaigns.

Growth & Analytics

* Track social media performance and growth metrics.
* Understand what content works and why.
* Share insights and suggestions for improvement.
* Support lead generation and early user acquisition.

Who We Are Looking For

* 0–5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand building.
* Someone who has experience growing social media pages or communities.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends.
* Good storytelling and communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly.
* Understanding of student and Gen Z audiences.
* Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and analytics will be an advantage.

You Will Have An Advantage If You Have

* Worked with an EdTech, AI, SaaS, or startup brand.
* Built a social media presence from scratch.
* Created viral or high-engagement content.
* Experience with product launch campaigns.
* Basic video editing and creative design skills.
