Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in New Delhi, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual assets for digital and social media campaigns, branding projects, and other client deliverables. Responsibilities include designing graphics for social posts, web banners, presentations, and marketing collateral, as well as creating logos and visual identities aligned with client brand strategies. The role involves translating briefs into clear, engaging designs, choosing appropriate typography and color palettes, and ensuring visual consistency across platforms. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, refine concepts based on feedback, prepare files for production or digital deployment, and stay current with design and digital marketing trends.

 

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: 30k-40k

 

Qualifications

* Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and social media work.
* Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating visual identities and brand guidelines.
* Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and pair typefaces that support brand messaging.
* Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
* Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, and how design supports engagement and conversion.
* Attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
