Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing marketing creatives, designing assets for loyalty and gamified platforms, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance data. The role also involves preparing production-ready files, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, and staying updated on design trends relevant to fintech and jewelry markets.

Qualifications

* Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard design software.
* Experience creating marketing collaterals for digital channels, including social media creatives, banners, email templates, and app/web interfaces.
* Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear visual concepts, with a good sense of typography, color, layout, and branding.
* Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles and experience designing assets for digital products, apps, or web platforms.
* Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, product, and business teams.
* Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, jewelry, or loyalty/gamification platforms is an advantage.
