该职位来源于猎聘 Major Responsibilities 
 
1）Marketing strategy & budget management: Own overall China region marketing strategy and execution. Develop a comprehensive promotion plan for the company, including product promotion/ service promotion/ company brand image promotion etc.; propose and manage the promotion budget. 2）Promotion material development & Compliance: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify promotion opportunities and develop appropriate promotion materials. 
 

* Ensure all materials and communications align with global brand positioning, core values and brand voice. o Ensure content compliance and standardized use of brand logos and visual identity (VI).
* Support sales activities with customized customer manuals and sales tools.
* Produce internal communication materials such as videos for employee engagement. 
 
 

3） Channels Management & Placement 
 


* Identify and manage effective promotion channels, including offline channels like exhibitions and Chinese mainstream social media and digital platforms.
* Design targeted placement plans to maximize the brand exposure & reputation, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of all marketing activities. 
 
 

4） Performance Tracking & Optimization 
 


* Manage end-to-end marketing promotion, monitor data, campaign performance, social media content performance (e.g. clicks, engagement) and continuously optimize channels and content strategy based on data insights.
* Monitor market and customer feedback on brand image to continuously improve brand presence and consistency. 
 
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1） Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields. 2） 8–10+ years of progressive B2B industrial marketing & branding experience, with heavy duty equipment manufacturing background highly preferred. 3） Solid understanding of real world industry operating environments; able to partner with technical and sales teams to identify customer pain points and translate complex technical strengths into clear marketing & brand messages accessible to stakeholders at all levels. 4） Deep familiarity with the full long cycle B2B project sales lifecycle (lead generation, customer engagement, opportunity nurturing, conversion) and tender driven marketing logic for large industrial equipment. 5） Holistic cross channel mindset covering offline exhibitions and digital social platforms; equipped with strong visual judgment and booth layout sense for business impact, able to guide external vendors on booth presentation and on site customer engagement for lead capture. 6） Foundational multimedia capabilities for internal and external brand storytelling, including basic video production and visual asset creation. 7） Rigorous adherence to brand identity standards and content compliance protocols. 
 
8） Strong awareness of brand differentiation and resonance between brand identity and target customer values. 
 
9） Commercial agility to align marketing initiatives with sales performance and drive lead generation for key enterprise clients.
