This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about paid advertising, performance marketing, and data analytics, and are looking to work on national and international campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
* Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize campaign results
* Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform-specific tracking tools
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
* Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to create high-converting marketing campaigns
* Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Advertising
* Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
* Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Experience in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Familiarity with marketing funnels, lead generation strategies, and audience segmentation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
