Company Description: Chlorosynth is India's AI-first creative studio. We run an AI Film Studio, a Creative Studio, and a Gen AI and Design Thinking Academy — under one roof in Navi Mumbai. Our clients are large corporate brands. Our output is cinematic, campaigns, and content that perform.

 

AI is not a "department" here. It is a production standard built into every workflow.

 

Role Description You'll conceptualise and design scroll-stopping social media content and performance marketing creatives for major brands — at high volume, under real deadlines, without losing creative edge.

This is not a role for someone who waits for briefs to come fully formed. It's for designers who look at a brief and can already visualize the post.

 

What You'll Do Day to Day

* Take briefs from concept to final social and performance marketing creatives across formats and platforms
* Deliver high-volume creative batches without switching off your concept brain
* Work across AI-powered and traditional design workflows — knowing which tool to reach for and why
* Generate, prompt, edit, and finish AI-produced assets within Adobe and standalone AI environments
* Maintain visual quality and creative sharpness across large content runs

 

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3–4 years in design — agency, studio, or in-house brand team preferred.

Skills:

* Adobe Illustrator — daily, hands-on. Non-negotiable.
* Adobe Photoshop — same.
* AI creative workflow: asset generation, high-level prompting, AI post-processing and editing
* Ability to visualise and conceptualise before opening any software
* Strong knowledge of what makes social and performance content actually work — not just look good

Portfolio: Required. Must show how you think, not just what you've finished.

 

Location — Please Read This Before Applying

This role is fully on-site at our Navi Mumbai studio. Monday to Friday. 5 days a week.

We are considering candidates from Navi Mumbai and nearby Mumbai areas only. Long daily commutes affect output and well-being. We'd rather appreciate you being honest about your location before applying than discover the problem three weeks in.

 

Work from home is not available for this role.

Hybrid is not available for this role.

Qualifications

* Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually impactful concepts. Yes, you can still have strong design skills even if you are an absolute fresher. It totally depends on how you observe and absorb world design.
* Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including creating digital assets, layouts, and visual elements for social media and ad campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, production-ready AI creative tools like Nano Banana, GPT image 2, Midjourney). If you do not know a tool, don't worry, we will teach you.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and strategy teams, and to incorporate feedback constructively.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and performance marketing ad designs.
* Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
