Why this role exists

We’re gearing up for launch and need an expert motion storyteller to turn complex product value into high‑performing videos for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta, and our website. Your work will directly drive demo requests, sign‑ups, and brand trust.

 

What you'll create

* Product overview video (30–60s): crisp, UI‑driven, conversion‑oriented.
* Feature micro‑videos (5–20s): Aura AI, Flows, Triggers, Chat Widget, Profiles, KBAs, Virtual Visitor.
* Use‑case explainers: sales qualification, support automation, data requests/updates, onboarding flows.
* Paid ad variants: platform‑optimized cuts (1:1, 9:16, 16:9), hooks, subtitles, CTAs.
* Template library: reusable lower thirds, transitions, device mockups, typography, icon sets.
* Launch/social assets: teaser loops, GIFs, logo stings, Lottie exports for web.

 

Responsibilities

* Partner with Product & Marketing to concept, script, storyboard, and animate short‑form videos.
* Capture/compose clean UI sequences from our app; animate flows, logic, and AI moments clearly.
* Edit, composite, color‑correct, add motion graphics, and light sound design/VO direction.
* Version & localize: EN required; FR/AR a plus. Add accurate captions and on‑screen copy.
* Deliver channel‑ready exports with correct codecs, bitrates, and safe areas. Maintain an organized project/asset library.
* Use analytics to iterate: hook tests, A/B thumbnails, first‑3‑seconds optimization.

 

Must-have skills

* Motion design & animation fundamentals (timing, easing, typography, layout).
* Adobe After Effects (advanced) and Premiere Pro; Illustrator/Photoshop for assets.
* Strong storyboarding and visual explanation of technical products.
* Experience producing performance‑minded social videos for LinkedIn/YouTube/Meta/TikTok.
* Comfortable with screen capture, UI animation, device mockups, and product demo polishing.
* Portfolio with at least 3 relevant motion pieces (SaaS or product explainers preferred).

 

Nice to have

* Figma for UI handoff; Lottie/Bodymovin for web animations.
* 3D basics (Cinema4D/Blender) for simple scenes/mockups.
* Audio cleanup (Audition/Descript); VO direction; thumbnail design.
* Experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or product‑led storytelling.
* Fluency in English and/or Arabic for localized cuts.
