As the first dedicated marketing hire reporting to the CEO, you will build the entire go-to-market flywheel from scratch. You will own event strategy, influencer networks, and product marketing to transform how construction lending works. This high-impact role balances strategic demand generation with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, profitable startup environment.

What You Will Do 
 


* Conceptualize and execute a nationwide event calendar including trade shows, speaking events, and local networking happy hours.

* Collaborate with the sales team on database marketing and BDR/SDR strategies to penetrate institutional credit and private lending markets. 
 
 

The ideal candidate 
 


* 5-10 years of versatile marketing experience at startups where you successfully wore multiple hats across demand gen, social, and events.
* Proven ability to build community-driven marketing engines and influencer networks from scratch without a massive corporate budget.
* Willingness to travel regularly for relationship building and a deep-seated "builder" mentality that thrives without a pre-existing playbook.
